Shipping policy

Information

At present, we ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We are working to offer shipments to the Canary Islands in the near future.

Shipments depend on the time the purchase is made. The shipping can take between 24 and 48 hours.

Each time a shipment leaves our facilities you will be notified with an email. It is from this moment when the delivery time begins to count.

In case you are not at home, the delivery company will leave a receipt for attempted delivery and/or will notify you by text message or email so that you can contact them to arrange a delivery time. Some delivery companies may leave the package at a point if you are not available at home.

Courier

We work with MRW, Correos Express and GLS for the logistics of our shipments. Orders confirmed with these companies before 13:00 (on a working day) will arrive at their destination in the next two days from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Orders to the Balearic Islands may take between 3 and 5 days.

Delivery time may vary due to uncontrolled factors.

Shipping costs

In Scenit Nutrition we guarantee free shipping from the minimum amount of 20 € in the peninsula.

We guarantee free shipping to the Balearic Islands from the minimum amount of 70 €.

If the minimum amount for free shipping is not reached, you can choose a home delivery for 3,99 €.

In the case of Balearic Islands, if the minimum amount for free shipping is not reached, you can choose a home delivery for 4,99 €.

The minimum order to make a purchase is 9,99 €.
