1. ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION
The Company Scenit Nutrition SL with address in Madrid, Calle Antonio Rodriguez 14 4A and identified with the number B87919510 organizes the raffle (hereinafter, "the Promotion") at a national level, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain. peninsula and the Balearic Islands in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section. The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of the followers of the brand.
2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on the day indicated in the publication and will end on the day indicated in the publication.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

4. CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
The winner will be communicated through the brand's social profiles. The prize will consist of what is indicated in the publication. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day of declaring the participant as a winner, there are stock problems and, therefore, it is impossible to give it. The Company may contact the winner during the draw period from the date on which it is announced on the brand's social profile. In the event that the winner does not respond to such contact within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared void. The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.
5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evident that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion. The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.
6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. If the use of fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in comments, is discovered by the Company, the prize will not be awarded to you and will remain the property of the Company.
7. EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize you get from this Promotion.
