Dosage and preparation
The ideal amount of protein concentrate or isolate for any use of Scenit ISOHD Zero Protein is between 20-30 grams of powder (3 scoops) per 300 ml of water or milk. Consuming this portion boosts the stimulation of muscle development and weight loss.
It is recommended to consume approximately 0.7 g of protein per kg of body weight per day. For those involved in sports, it is recommended to consume 1.7/g per kg of body weight per day. For example, a 75 kg body weight person would ideally need the equivalent of 127.5 g of protein per day.
First, pour the water or milk into a shaker; second, add the protein isolate powder in the flavour of your choice; and finally, shake vigorously for 30 seconds and you're done. For optimal results, we suggest drinking 1 to 3 shakes daily.
